Transport Administrator
EXCITING OPPORTUNITY!
My client based in Park Royal are looking for a Transport Administrator to come onboard and join their fun bubbly team! They are looking for a candidate with bags of personality and organisational skills to help plan and route deliveries!
The focus of this role is providing tip top customer service to customers and clients. Do you enjoy speaking to customers over the phone and email? Are you looking for a role that will allow you to develop and build relationships internally and externally?
This is a busy role, so we are looking for a candidate who enjoys working in a busy environment.
Transport Administrator Duties include:
- Scheduling deliveries
- Making sure all goods in deliveries have been made
- Dealing with enquiries
- Routing drivers
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse, and other departments
- Answering a high volume of calls
- Producing reports
